Do you know that when God gives you an assignment, a job, or a mission, he supplies all that you need to do it? Apart from preparing you mentally, he prepares you spiritually and even gives you the physical support needed.
Read the story of the very first king of Isreal in 1 Samuel chapter 10. God selected Saul from a particular tribe, and then led him to prophet samuel to be anointed. Look what happened:
1 Samuel 10: 1-2 (MSG)
1-2 Then Samuel took a flask of oil, poured it on Saul’s head, and kissed him. He said, “Do you see what this means? God has anointed you prince over his people.
And see what the prophet told him:

Sometimes I feel like I’m not making progress. I feel like I should be banking 6 digits monthly, driving a shiny car, snuggling with a hunk, whose rings are on my fourth finger and making national if not global headlines.
But how many of us are actually where we think we should be? When that feeling of inadequacy and stagnation descends and weighs on you like a wet blanket, christianese cliches like “God’s time is the best” and ” God has great plans for your life” just don’t cut it.
I have found myself here so many times that I had to ask God what exactly is happening to me. Is my faith weak? Sometimes yeah. Do I love God? Absolutely Yes! So why do I constantly feel like I’m not doing or getting enough?

Hebrews 11: 8
It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going.
People who see their dreams come true are people who have resolve, some backbone, and they are people who refuse to settle for somewhere or anywhere along the way.

Are you facing something today that seems impossible? With man it may be, but with God, ALL things are possible. If you seem to be in an impossible situation, get “with God!”

When i look at these children, my heart wells up with so much emotion. i am so inspired by the joy in their faces, their determination to overlook what we call a disability and do everything kids do, is absolutely endearing. Children always know how to have fun regardless of the situation – that is the blessing of childhood and we, as adults, can learn so much from them. This shows me that these persons we call “disability persons” have much more abilities than the rest of us.
“Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16, AMP)
I know people who can quote half the Bible and pray two hours a day, but they have no influence or credibility because they’re sloppy in the workplace. They’re always late or wasting time. They’re not productive. They’re not efficient. No one will even listen to them.

By now, you know that God speaks to us in different ways and sometimes, he chooses to use the most unusual things. so i saw this Beats By Dre advert on YouTube and the message God has for me through it is so amazing. And of course, i am more than willing to share it with you.
As you walk through life, there’s always going to be chatter and external noise from everyone who thinks they know what’s best for you. People who believe they are in the best position to tell you what you should or should not be doing. People who will not see how your ideas can work. People who will not believe you can make it through and have a great future.

A lot of people start of their day doing different things they feel would help them have a great morning. Some would take a run outdoors. Some would sit quietly and meditate, Some listen to music. Whatever it may be, people usually do something that they feel would energize and inspire them to live through the day.

1. Be Thankful. Give thanks for Today and for all you have. God’s Will for our life includes a constant spirit of gratitude regardless of our circumstances. When we choose to give thanks, even if our circumstances don’t improve, our perspective certainly will.

I looked out the car window anxiously as the cab turned the last corner into my street and moved slowly down the road. I couldn’t wait to step out of the heated cab into my house and turn on the Air conditioning. I had been away for 4 days. 4 long days, attending a Christian leader’s conference in Benin I was glad to be home.

Have you made the decision to forget the past? Many people don’t fully understand what that means. They wonder, “How can I forget something that’s happened to me?” But one definition of the word forget is to disregard intentionally or to overlook.

For many years after I became a Christian, I believed that meant my problems were over! Everything was gonna be all fine and dandy, sugar and sweet smelly roses. It was a shock to realize that wasn’t the plan.
I expected all my emotional baggage to automatically float away, my money issues to disappear and I expected everyone to love and approve of me because I was now a “good person”.
