I’m worried about the future of entertainment and the arts. Wholesome, moral and grime free content has gradually been eroded and replaced with debauched and morally bankrupt content.
Music is no longer food to the soul. It’s now poisonous. Art has no more meaning; dance has been reduced to sex with clothes on.
Look around you; take a good look at your favourite TV shows; would you like your children to be inspired by the heroes and heroines of these shows? Drug dealers, Adulterers, Serial Murders and Homosexuals have become our favourite TV characters.

The PETRA CONFERENCE is about Moments, Encounters, And Experiences.
This isn’t a Teaching Meeting. Neither is it just a Prayer Meeting. This isn’t a Holy Ghost Meeting either. It’s not a meeting.
It’s a moment…God’s Moment with you. Your moment with God.
There will be sound teaching from some of the finest Bible teachers…Worship that causes a shift in the heavens will be offered, Uncontained and Unrestrained Intercession & Prayers…
But all of that is to create an environment for your ‘moment’ to happen. In that instant where you’ve met God and you change faster than you can imagine.
Attend the Petra Conference 2015, where God is Heard and Seen!
DATE: October 1st – 4th, 2015
VENUE: STANDARD ALLIANCE CENTRE. LEKKI, LAGOS

God is all about “Process”. A lot of times, it’s not about the destination; it’s about the lessons we learn along the way.
My process is different from yours and yours is different from mine.
Yours might be easy. Mine might not be.
Either way, we will both learn our lessons. You might learn faster than me; i might learn faster than you.
At the end of the day, we have both been trained, been pruned and been built.
And we are who we were meant to be.
“You can make many plans, but the Lord’s purpose will prevail.” – Proverb 19:21
Some people have interpreted this verse to mean that no matter the plans we have, God’s purpose and plans always trumps it.
Taking it rather literally, they believe and have convinced many others to believe that our plans are always different from God’s purposes and so, God’s only duty is to veto every plan we make. That’s how you hear things like: “man purposes but God disposes”.

“For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead.
You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins.14 He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. 15 In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross.”
Colossians 2: 12 -13

I came across these tweets and i was incensed i could barely speak! (read it from down – up) What in the world is wrong with us? The disrespect, the disdain, the injustice you experience as a woman in this country is astounding!
How do you explain this? How?
I can’t talk about this now. Maybe i will settle down to write something later. But please, tell me what you think.
Music is very personal for me. Working on radio exposes me to all sorts of sounds and sometimes, i subconsciously have a critical ear.
Nevertheless, i do enjoy all genres and all sounds and recently, the following artistes have dominated my playlist. I have others that i love, but these are my top 3.

I know this might be difficult for some people to come to terms with, but yes; God does have a sense of humour. I have to say this because of the recent bible story jokes trending on twitter and the way some folks are reacting to it and calling it blasphemy.
Social media might have its shortcomings but one cannot deny the fact that it’s the very hub of the most hilarious social interaction and ideas. At the snap of a finger, someone drops a tweet and it becomes a trend that spreads like wildfire.

I know how hard it is to talk about Jesus. It’s the most awkward conversation you’ll ever have. If you even say the whole Gospel out loud right now, it sounds like the craziest thing you’ve ever heard.
But the Gospel isn’t some “speech” you unload on people and then “leave it in God’s hands.” Blasting people with theology is like serving icing for dessert. Evangelism is your whole life, it’s sharing your home, it’s enduring patiently, it’s being a human being, it’s availability, it’s sharing Jesus through who you are; not perfectly, but passionately.
Yes, invite them to church and to that revival and talk about your faith and your testimony, but once you dare to go there, just know you might be rejected immediately, a lot, and aggressively. Except secretly they can’t deny there must be something to it, because you’re not just a billboard: you’re an overflow of a barely containable supernatural miracle.

I Have not recorded in a while because I needed time to listen, learn and grow. These past few months have been an incredible journey. I have learnt and i’m still learning about myself and my attitude to life, love and my relationships.
This short message is one of such lessons and i am grateful to God for letting me share it with you. Too many times, we are concerned about being right and proving our point, but more often than not, we hurt people and wound our brothers and sisters that God has commissioned us to take care of.
Listen, be blessed and don’t forget to download & share.
Dear Father, this will probably surprise you (or maybe not) but I have always wondered what you looked like. I wonder why I was so obsessed with your looks. Maybe it’s because I grew up hearing from people who had met you, talk about how “I picked your nose, your complexion or whatever else pricked their fancy.
Beyond all that however, I just wanted to be really sure you existed. I wish I could ask you so many questions. When I was a teenager and I heard about how you left my mum because she wouldn’t have an abortion, I was mad at you. Actually, I was livid.
